Update on old Tip.It clue

This is a search clue for an easy scroll, and the search details/text changed based on Artisan Workshop or w\e release. The old house is deleted.

Tip.It's info that's out of date:

-Search the drawers upstairs of houses in the Eastern part of Falador.

Upstairs in the first house East of the Mining Guild (the house South of the fountain) in Falador.
