Powerfrog Posted February 28, 2012 Share Posted February 28, 2012 Brackish blade special is a guaranteed max hit (Can still hit 0 as a miss) on any attackable NPC. It hits normally in any PVP including safe PVP. It does appear to have doubled accuracy too, and the stat increase is still true. Just need to update about the max hit thing.
