Brackish blade special is a guaranteed max hit (Can still hit 0 as a miss) on any attackable NPC.

 

It hits normally in any PVP including safe PVP.

 

It does appear to have doubled accuracy too, and the stat increase is still true. Just need to update about the max hit thing.

 

I found this out today and thought it was strange such a useful special wasn't noted in Tip.it or rune wiki.

hmm that's interesting. i used the special ~10 times about ~1 year ago and i think i would have noticed if I was hitting my max each time.
