Which type of floor and when?

I am heading for a Chaotic rapier as my main runescape goal at the present time, I am currently level 62 dungeoneering and have been soloing small c6's all the way from level 38 for a few days and i have been hearing from people that i should do a few floors 5:5 large for max exp, what i was wondering is what floor should i start doing large's at and whether i should c1 rush most of my floors for maximum exp and then do the large's at the end. My deepest floor is currently 31 but will be 32 next level.

Generally people rush (c1) 1-29 then do c6 large from 30+ You might want to c6 small say 20-29 to increase xp turn around, as two larges/reset might make you feel as though youre doing nothing for every reset.

so i should rush 1-20 on c1 then c6 small 20-29 and large for the other 2?

Ideally you do the last half or third or so large, but since few people do the lower floors large and not many can access a reset with only high occult/warped larges, the compromise is floor 30+ large. But ideally, 28-29 would be large too I think.
