Has anyone else been having lag problems? Like to the extent of not being able to move, take off equipment, anything really.....

Yes, there's a frame rate problem. It was sort of being discussed here: http://forum.tip.it/topic/308695-frame-rate-issues-anyone/

 

I've had problems since before the Dominion Tower came out, Pain in the backside. :(

My comp got force shutdowned yesterday thanks to it, the screen was literally showing 1 frame every 10 seconds and lagged like hell.

 

So much for Runescape using minimum specs.
