Combining items

Featured Replies

One of the ways Jagex could make things more difficult is to allow items to be combined to create new things.

This way, you could introduce quests / rare drops to look for certain 'parts', and it's only when several quests are completed that you have all the items needed to create a new weapon / armour etc.

It would mean that players would have to invest time into discovering things rather than just mindless slaying / mining etc to get something new.

The problem then would be that people would have a new item to scam with which is "very rare, selling for 1mill"

simple really, make the new items untradable

Horus was weak, Abbadon was a fool, but I Karkan, chosen of the chaos gods, shall conquer Terra, I shall kill the false emperor. Under my blood stained banner, chaos shall rule the universe

until complete.
