House design

Actually, this might be a question for Quyneax. Seeing as you recently got 99 construction, I was wondering how you designed the rooms in your house?

(also of course for everybody else, I don't have a preference to the people here)

I mean, did you already know, at low construction levels, how your ideal optimal house design would look like?

If so, you would have to have waited a long time for the maximum number of rooms becoming available.

Currently I am 76 construction (now training to 80 for not having to pay Papa Mambo anymore for all the possible HH habitats), but you think I should already have a long term plan for my final house at 99?

Deleting rooms, especially with stuff in it, seems expensive and a waste, no?

I want to know things like 1 or 2 altars, 1 or 2 portal rooms, cosmetic rooms to display (for example 2 studies or quest rooms), dungeon for fun with extra altar there?

Spiral stairs or not? A top floor?

I hope I don't ask too much here, sorry.

Thx in advance!

Yes you need a house plan in advance unless you want to waste millions in losing furniture when you realise you want/need to move a room.

I can assure you my level has absolutely nothing to do with my house :P.

I replaced the costume room far down with more rooms.

The idea is you teleport in, run east-south-west to restore summoning, prayer and teleport to a bank/other stuff with glory or portals.
