My cooking level is 50 and i want to take i higher so what stuff will giv me higher xp rate and where is it convenient and faster to do so and also gain profit ???

wines are the fastest xp, but they never earn you money.

i don't have a full fledged cooking spreadsheet due to lack of burn rate data, but you can use this instead:

Hey, make sure you have Cooking gaunlets and cook the following:

 

50-68 Tuna

68-90 Lobsters

90-94 Monkfish

94-99 Sharks

 

I made a prophit of around 5-6M using the method, this method is very effective and easy to do! i got 99 in around 3 weeks.

The cooking guantlets can be obtained as a reward from the Family Crest quest.

 

Gaining profit varies on the market and your patience, but some pies, pizzas, and fish can do so. I would reccomemend tuna potatoes, churning butter and cheese, and various fish types, can generate a profit if you watch the market carefully. :)

 

I find the top 3 reccommened places to cook are the following:

 

-Cook's Guild - My personal favorite, requires completion of the Varrock Hard tasks.

-The fire in the old rogues den place under the bar in taverly, this is nnear the Flash Powder Factory game

-On a Fire at the ge - really popular.
