The Canifis and Mort Myre penguins have "completed Priest in Peril quest" as a requirement, however "In other news" (http://services.runescape.com/m=news/a=135/morytania-tasks):

Completion of the Priest in Peril quest is no longer a requirement for reaching Morytania.

Good to be gone :)

You can also enter Port Phasmatys without Priest in Peril now.

Hey guys. I know I'm not Website Crew, but I do help update the penguin locations page each week. Just to clarify the new requirement: anyone can access Morytania now, however those that have not started the Priest in Peril quest must first kill a ghoul under the Paterdomus temple once to gain access.

Seems we forgot to double check that when updating the list this week. I'll see if I can get the reqs for all of the Mort locations updated, thanks guys!
