I've finally decided to buy membership, but since Jagex has got rid of the "PayByLetter" payment method, I have got in a bad situtation, as I don't have any MasterCard etc, or a Bank account, and paying memb by calling/texting is too expensive for me.

 

But I've asked one of my gamer friend if he could pay the memb for me via his Bank Account/PayPal, and I'd give him the cash he spent on paying my memb.

 

But is this allowed? And also, will he be able to see get information of my RS account if he pays my memb via his bank/paypal?

I'm not sure if it's allowed, but I've done this before and my friend did have my Runescape password which did lead to it getting hacked eventually by one of his friends. I'm sure Jagex doesn't care as it gets them more money. lol

I think it might be just because you have to share your password. However, it would just be easier for you to buy a Runescape membership card at a store.
