hi i havent played this game for about 2 years,can some 1 remind me hoe to change from normal spells to ancients

I assume you have already completed the Desert Treasure quest? You need to visit the large pyramid (below) in the desert and go through the back entrance. You will be inside a room with an altar. Pray at the altar and your spell book will be switched.

The Pharaoh's Sceptre or Camulet are quick ways to teleport near there if needed. There's also a lodestone near Bandit's camp which you might want to visit so you can home teleport there in the future.

You don't need to visit the lodestone; it unlocks automatically if you have DT completed.
