Mercifull Posted January 31, 2006 Share Posted January 31, 2006 I'm retty sure that jagex coded to an IE only standard when writing the music into the game. Since RS2 Java now has its own inbuilt music library but jages havnt coded to use it yet. I dont think you can get sound to work on anything but IE. The reasons could be those given above about coding for Windows only...I didn't make Runescape so I don't know :P, I just know that its impossible to get sound from the game on a Mac.
