Royal Crossbow uses?

It seems like it has some amazing potential on bosses.

 

Anyone tried nexing with it?

Corp? (Sure it's half damage, but it's very accurate with possibly groundbreaking DPS potential)

QBD?

 

Also could be great on dagg sentinels for training, but i doubt it would beat chinning in price or xp.

It does well when soloing GWD bosses. I wouldn't use a royal crossbow if you're duoing because the boss dies too fast before the crossbow reaches it's full potential. Although polypore is still more damage than range on Kree'arra...

 

It does terrible against the corporeal beast. I've tried it myself in full pernix, glaiven, swift gloves, imbuned rings and the such and it's terrible. Inaccurate and the damage is still halved.

 

It does great against Nex. I'm sure it'll be a must have soon. Although Nex heals herself from the extra crossbow hits during her Blood Siphon phase, so it may be best to use a chaotic crossbow during her blood form.

Basically any fight that takes more than about 30 seconds it has the potential to PWN but it is capped to shit at corp.

 

For QBD it's certainly a must have, as long as u re hit her before the 2nd bleed damage so it stays 'locked on' and doesnt power down you can tear her to shreds.
