Th e Doctor
So I logged out last night and my homeworlds were 119 and 104, I logged in this morning and they were changed to 99 and 31. Nothing on my account was touched (still have all cash, untradeables, chaotics and void etc) but this worries me. I just did a full scan of my computer with AVG, Spybot Search&Destroy, Spywareblaster, and Malwarebytes Anti-Malware a week ago and removed the spyware that turned up. Following that I changed my password and recovery questions as I always do if any threats appear. I have had world 99 and 31 as my homeworlds before though, has anyone else had this happen where your homeworlds are changed to something that you used to have them set as? Sy_Accursed
Favourite worlds are store on your computer, they are not global so it's no a hacking or anything.Odds are Runescape has muffed up and managed to duplicate the file they are stored in before you changed them.So the newer file has 109 114 in and the older file still has 99 31 and for whatever reason it read from the old file again. Boris5000
Did you log onto a different machine? Or perhaps switch from browser to client? I find that on my laptop I have my homeworlds set as 25 and 5 while on my desktop as 36 and 5 Probably a variety of reasons why your homeworlds could have reset but I doubt your accounts security has been compromised.
