June 12, 201214 yr I have over 99k iron ores after getting 99 Mining, so I bought enough nats and coal to turn it all into steel bars and I was wondering if it was worth it to get a coal bag. I'm planning on superheating ores all the way to 99 Smithing. Check out my blog to read the Adventures of a Big Damn (F2P) Hero. June 12, 201214 yr Yes, definitely. Follow my progress toward maxing in f2p here: http://forum.tip.it/topic/296111-levine1996-maxing-out-100-f2p/
June 12, 201214 yr Might aswell sell the ore and do it with mithril bars which can ne now heated with profit, faster xp/hour and more efficient in general.
June 15, 201214 yr Author You were right, levine. The coal bag is making this much faster. Thanks for the suggestion runelower, but I'm going to stick with making steel. If it's not quite enough to bump me up to rune by the time I'm done, then I'll definitely look into mith. Check out my blog to read the Adventures of a Big Damn (F2P) Hero. June 15, 201214 yr Steel is nice in that it requires less withdrawing. My main question is what else you would do with the DG tokens. Maybe repair gravite I suppose. Something to fill my sig with until I find a replacement. Also check out my blug
June 16, 201214 yr Author Well, I'm only 53 DG and already bought a gem bag so those 4000 tokens were a big chunk of what I have atm. Still, it was definitely worth it. I'll just have to wait a bit longer for my Arcane Blast Necklace. :P Check out my blog to read the Adventures of a Big Damn (F2P) Hero.
