Difficulty in games room - 5 second timer rule?

Featured Replies

I'm now finding the games room extremely hard - after managing to get my Reversi rank up to past 2000, I've found that EVERYONE I play cheats!

Quite simply, they get a program that plays the same game.

Then, they make your moves, and mimic the moves their computer does.

It's so frustrating!

I can't get a single game in anymore!

Every time I play, my rank gets busted down by 50+!

I feel there should be a "5 second" timer rule that prevents people from doing this - making the games require quick skill, intuition, and reflex, instead of the ability to download a game of the web.

when you get a five second timer, you won't get any satisfaction out of the game. it will become more luck and who can make fewer blunders than skill. also, might it be that all the people you play spend a lot of time contemplating their moves?
