When that happens to me, usually just resizing the window fixes it.

This happens to me frequently in two places: Port Sarim and level 2 of RuneSpan.

Sometimes it lets me back in if I reload the page and try logging in again a couple of times. Instead of selecting a world, just log right in to the one automatically chosen for you. I find that sometimes works as well (although I don't know why).

I've also found loading it into safe mode works. Just after you click on the play button, hold down the 's' key and you should move past the "Loading 50%" message.
