So, I was wondering, what is the best monster to kill for tokkul? I need to recharge my tokkul-zo and I was wondering what monster to kill would be best.

Kill the TzHaar-Ket and the TzHaar-Xil.

If you've completed Karamamja elite diaries, then you can claim 8k Tokkul per day from the banker next to the main chamber.

 

Killing the higher leveled monsters around the Tzhaar area will also get you the tokkul you need.
