so i bouught the 50 spins for the squeal of fortune and now i didnt get them. i sent them a message, they sent something completely unhelpful back. but its still on my credit card history and it has been charged. suggestions?

First off, you'd get better replies on the Help and Advice Forum. You should ask a mod or admin to move this thread.

 

Secondly, it sounds like you have a bug on your hands, so submit a bug report.

 

Finally, I'd try to recontact them. Try a different email at Jagex and make sure you list all the evidence you have WITHOUT giving away personal information. Dig around, try customer support, forums, etc. Worst comes to worst, you could make a post on RSOF.

Have you got more than 1 account & you logged in on the other character - this would mean the spins should have been credited to that one.

 

Other than that, I know a couple of the UK Banks have had problems with processing any of their payments since last Wednesday - this may mean that Jagex haven't actually been credited with your money yet.
