Hey just read this great guide on slayer right here and I understand you cant get tasks from the burthorpe slayer master, but will it count if i get them from the slayer master in canafis? And if I do so, are there any requierments to start getting the slayer points?

Yes, Mazchna gives slayer points. You need to complete 5 tasks before you can begin gaining points. And of course you need to have completed the Smoking Kills quest.
