June 27, 201214 yr They seem pretty rare, and you can only get them in order so you can't get 3 if you don't have 2 yet. Also the next chapter is rarer than the previous chapter.People may have gotten 3 and 4 b2b but I'm sure there are people with over a 100 kills and don't even have the 3rd chapter yet. Afaik Jagex keeps the droprates of the monsters a secret, so there is no sure way of knowing how long it will take you.Could take you 1 kill per journal, could take you over 500.
