The problem is I am totally lost in the updated, HD RuneScape. How should I make money? What's the best gear I can get? Rune set + rune scimitar? What's the best way to train strength and ranged? I recommend getting 60 or even 80 attack & defence before working on strength (if you are p2p). Pest control is not the best method, at your stats you're probably looking at some kind of zombie (with the Haunted Mine quest complete). I am doing PKing at f2p servers so I want to keep my attack and defense at 40. Why isn't pest control the best method? It might not have the highest xp/hr but you gain less constitution that way. You can train magic and ranged without hp xp gain already, don't need PC for that.Soul Wars is a pretty decent way to get strength xp without hp xp gain. Quyneax Posted June 28, 2012 Share Posted June 28, 2012 If you can reliably win, you get a little more xp/hr from points, and you don't have to train combat inside if you don't want to, though you have to keep up activity (bury bones or die :P).
