Quickest way to obtain Lergberry seeds and Ugune seeds

Featured Replies

Should I hunt the seeds or obtain through favour points?

I am not a skiller, but i do some skills.

Best method I've found is to use favour points. Lergberry seeds are much easier just catch igneous jadinkos and you will get lergberries.

For ugunes:

Attract draconic jadinkos, and nothing else. Get 2000 favour points, then go up to the surface and use the rainbow vines with the witch doctor to ward off everything but draconic jadinkos for 15 minutes. Then go to the reward table and pick the largest reward.

The seeds you can get from the 40pts each are based on what jadinkos you currently have attracted. This is why its important to setup the draconics only since they have the best chance of ugune, and they only drop herb seeds. (So you only get herbs, nothing else)

You can also just attract common ones only but you'll get a lot of flower and other seeds you didn't really want. But I have found favour points to be a lot easier.

If you have a higher hunter level, draconic jadinkos are good, but I have found my fail rate for them is way too high at 81 to get seeds in a reasonable time. For commons, I've had to hunt over 500 commons for a single ugune drop, but I've seen people get them in 10-15 minutes. (Randomness sucks)

This is good except you want to attract carrion not draconic for the favour point method.

Why?

Simply because Carrion are slightly cheaper/easier to attract (Draconic require hunter juju to be used carrion do not) and both are herb seed only jadinkos so both offer equally good herb seed turn out.

Also if it is setup right you should only have Carrion and Common's attracted so you just need one Striped (not rainbow) vine to pay Papa Mambo to ward off the commons. Striped vines are gotten from camouflaged Jadinkos.

This overall method is also good for stocking up the other juju herb seeds as well (eg Erzille for hunter juju for when you want to hunt draconics to 99)

Sy_Accurssed is correct. I forgot the name of the vine you wanted. And Carrions are simpler.
