Only estimates.To find out about them, read behind the scenes articles/videos and stickies in future updates subforum and stay online on the update day. They send out 1h/30min warning messages before the updates. Oh and btw, if you are scared of snipers, rs update won't stop them as there are other ways to snipe outside runescape.
