October 3, 201213 yr Hi everyone! I'm a bit stuck with these strange rocks. I am collecting them all for the second time around. I have them all, apart from the second/last hunting one, I just can't get it! I've been using deadfalls mainly, but also box-traps & bird snares. I have gone from hunting level 42, to level 54 in 8 hours of trying, but still no second rock! Does anyone have any advice or tips please? Thank you! x UPDATE 05/10/2012 22:52 I finally got it doing falconry 15 levels later at level 57! October 3, 201213 yr The Runescape Wikia mentions that using the falconry south-east of Piscatoris is a fast way to get the Hunter Rocks. I just hunt normally, doing the Giant Chinchompa Distraction & Diversion then using the points to go hunt Red Chinchompas. You also have a chance to get the rock when your trap fails to catch. October 3, 201213 yr Also, apparently bird snares do NOT have a chance to produce strange rocks, so you might want to stick to the other traps/falconry/Big Chinchompa. Good luck! Hunter rocks always take ages for me too. Les ananas ne parlent pas!

October 4, 201213 yr The fastest way to get all the rocks is to switch the skill after you get a rock. E.g. You get a rock from Hunt, then you go to Smith, get a rock, then you either go back to get the second hunt rock or switch to another skill. Good luck on getting them ;)

October 4, 201213 yr Hunter was always the toughest one for me (I completed the statue finally and don't bother anymore). Falconry can take a long time too but it does tend to be the quickest. What really sucks is that falconry isn't at all profitable, unless you're willing/able to have a tortoise or pack yak and keep/sell the dark furs, and even that is not very profitable... <a href=http://runetrack.com/profile.php?user=Jetset516><img src=http://runetrack.com/sigs/stat/green/3_male/353/Jetset516.png border=0></a>

October 4, 201213 yr From what I understand you are collecting them for the second time this week? You can only collect all 30 once a week.
October 4, 201213 yr Author No I handed the last lot in on the 23rd September, meaning I could hand them in again on the 30th, but I have all rocks apart from one which I'm just not getting at all! It's not I can't put them on the statue because I could have put them on last Sunday =[ Those who danced in silence were thought to be quite insane by those who couldn't hear the music.
