Diomedus
Unfortunetly this weekend I will not be able to play much if at all. If i had to guess I might have 1-6 hours total. I want to train summoning during this time. I have 4000 gold 3100 green 7900 crimson and 1500 blues. With a limited amount of playing time, what pouches should I make and what order? I am going to use my xp promissary note to get 80 summoning tonight. so if you are calculating start from there. I looked at Kent's guide in the archive of wisdom but I'm not sure if it's up to date or if there are better options. what other info do you need if any? I want to eventually get 96/99 summoning but i don't think i have enough atm even with double xp. I'll get more its just the bonus weekend is right here and now. I think i can get to like 92 or so with what i have. War is not about who's right, it's about who's left
Poppe
Tip.it has a great skill planner that allows you to type in different amounts of pouches made and see the experience that comes out: http://www.tip.it/ru...ing_planner.htm Since it doesn't have a double experience weekend option I just played with it and assumed any experience I saw would be doubled. Playing with it a bit I came up with this combination: Assuming you start at a flat 2,000,000 experience in summoning (which is just a tad over 80): Using your 1500 blues first (as they will be very fast experience) to make 1,500 Moss Titans will get you a tad over 2,000,000 experience total (to around level 87) Then using your 7,900 crimsons on Swamp Titans will net you nearly 6,000,000 more experience, giving you a total of just about 10,000,000 total summoning experience which is level 96. Math: Starting: 2,000,000 exp Moss Titans: 695.2 exp each (double: 1,390.4 exp each) 1500 Blue charms times 1,390.4 = 2,085,600 exp gained Total exp: 4,085,600 exp Swamp Titans: 373.6 exp each (double: 747.2 exp each) 7900 Crimson charms times 747.2 = 5,902,880 exp gained Total end experience: 9,988,480 experience Total that is nearly 9,500 charms to run. I'm going to assume you'll use the kyatt pouch to teleport to the summoning obelisk which I think is about 2,000 charms an hour. If you can squeeze 5-6 hours this weekend you should be able to peg 96 without touching the greens or golds. If your time becomes more limited start with the blues for sure as you'll get the most experience you can. Also at 95 when doing your crimson charms you can switch to making iron titans instead of swamp titans, but I got lazy and didn't calculate that, it would net you a bit more experience, but not a great amount (thinking 50k-100k more experience range)
Quyneax
Since the OP is 72 summoning, golds and greens can go towards getting that 72-80 gap filled. Golds are for barker toads, greens for fruit bats. 4000 golds and 3100 greens are about 720k xp together, so you still need 300-400k more to get a yak straight away. But if you run the greens and part of the golds on the xp weekend you'll make it no problem. Diomedus
Thank you both for your help. I got 96 summoning and I'm thrilled. Any suggestions for when I get the money and charms for 99 which familiars or whatever to make? Also, are doing gold and green not really worth it at this point? They are so little xp, but on the other hand, it's a few hundred less crimsons to collect. I don't know. Quyneax
Generally, make fruit bats/unicorns (these vary in which one is better), yaks, geysers/moss titans (again, these vary, also make lava titans if you have obby charms but don't hunt them) and barker toads. Gold and green are borderline and really depend on your patience and from an efficiency perspective how much slayer you have to do. Since you are 77 slayer, you'll get 96-99 summoning in crims from slayer only, so greens/golds shouldn't really be required.
