toone Posted November 10, 2012 Share Posted November 10, 2012 I just started doing barrows for fun. I use the black salamander with their mage attack style while attacking the melee brothers. I was wondering if the magic attack is boosted by an extreme magic potion or an extreme range potion (some sources, including tip.it say that a salamander is considered a range weapon) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
chenw Posted November 10, 2012 Share Posted November 10, 2012 It meant that you can shoot diagonally with the salamanders, compared to melee weapons, which cannot. THe damage on the Salamander is based on your level, so boosting your magic do indeed have an impact on it.
