Still got 2 deathtouched darts left, and i think to attempt and kill Jad finally. How about setup post EoC ? I mean how keep HP up as prayer protection give only 50% reduction and old ganodermic dont soap damage. Would be great if i get some tips about inventory also.

Soul Split is amazing, but takes a bit of prayer. Setup would be new gear from "Brink of Extinction" quest. Void works also. Crystal Bow for range weapon, Ice Barrage for magic, and Chaotic Maul for melee. On Jad himself I cannot give any pointers as I have never killed him, I have done 2 runs up to him since EOC. 3 overloads/prayer renewal flasks should be more than enough. With penance activated I'd say around wave 25-30 you should be able to do it with ~10 prayer pot flasks. Other than that...good luck!

Would would a decent setup be if I don't have access to ovl or soulsplit? I do have the elite void, CMaul and will be able to get a CCbow for it if I have to.

For the record, Protection and Deflect prayers work 100% instead of the usual 50% against Jad

 

Meaning there is no reason to use Death Dart on him anymore, unless you really don't want to use Fight Kiln, The Kiln is the perfect place to practice Prayer switching TBH since you meet a Jad in wave 10.

 

For the record, Kiln is, right now, absolute cakewalk compared to Pre-EoC, the only thing that was capable to actually doing damage was Jad and Dills, Har-Aken just took long to kill, but he is much much easier than Jad.

 

With the Obsidian armor, I was able to get through the kiln using only T75 weapons (with Royal Crossbow), Shield was almost useless, I couldn't heal off Dill's ground slam attack, and I was too busy prayer switching on Jad and he dies far too quickly. He dies within 10 of his attacks on a bad day.
