Bad911
What's the difference? Is one better? Is it just choosing based on higher stats? Good idea to mix them? Would I use different abilities in different situations? Combinations? Does the item being used matter? Any guides? Avoided using melee for a long time now. My appa-lowgies. Sufem
Most attack abilities are used by dual wielding in other hand strength focus on two handed ones. Main rule is to use for example slice > sever > slice > smash > slice > stun > then you should be able to use threshold abilities along with previous rotation. Or either load special bar by random abilities then use momentium and just auto attack to death monsters for 20 minutes. Easy. "Mieć milion i nie mieć miliona to razem dwa miliony" A. Quyneax
There's no categorical difference. Personally I like:Slice - Sever - Smash - Cleave - Dismember | Slaughter - Assault | OverpowerI keep Hurricane on a separate key (letter vs number) because it's for special situations.(that's for 2h weapons) Slice, Smash, Cleave and Dismember are all 125% damage abilities, Sever is a bit more powerful. Slice has a really short cooldown at 3s, Dismember and Sever are 30s, the others 10s. If you use all abilities in order, you won't be able to keep up a full rotation for maximum adrenaline, so use Slice in between basics as Sufem said. Slaughter deals triple damage if your opponent moves. How do you make an opponent move? Stand under them, instant triple. Combined with Assault you can do a quick 5-10k damage, a typical solo dg boss will die from just that for example. country devil
the strength ability "kick" will stun(or 188% damage iirc) and push back most enemies one square making it extremely useful for slaughter to stun them/deal extra damage and make them take triple in the same attack instead of wasting one moving under them so they move
