with the spears still able to have kp added to them, does the poison actually work with them or did jagex just forget it exists?

its supposed to do "overtime" damage, but i havent tested it myself.

 

There are still monsters that drop antipoison.

regular poison adds on to weapons for a short time, but kp is still there

From what I've heard kp stuff is unwieldable and purely exists as quest item of sorts.
