I got some coordinates for a lvl 3 clue, but they are in the shipyard on eastern karamja. How do I get in there? The gate is locked and the man outside doesn't help get in at all...

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

can any1 help me?

Quick answer is that you must have a gnome seal with you. Go back to Gnome King to get one. Forget what quest that was.
