  2. thank you very much :D edit: does any1 know what quest it is to get the gnome seal?
  3. the place to dig is just north west of a set of 5 coal rocks (i think its 5) i had the same problem a few times
  4. I got some coordinates for a lvl 3 clue, but they are in the shipyard on eastern karamja. How do I get in there? The gate is locked and the man outside doesn't help get in at all... can any1 help me?
  5. i remember when blu phats were going for 18m (thats the price that sticks in my mind anywayz) today, i believe the current going rate is about 160m. as far as how mnay there are, i would assume only jagex could say...but i doubt they would
  6. if your using a cannon at the heros dragon, ppl are probably throwing out "noob" just because they are annoyed that they can't get a kill in. to avoid future derogitory and degrating comments try taking your cannon to taverly dungeon's blu dragons :)
  7. i noticed the bug too when using my dragon hally. Places that were obvious safe spots before now take three and four trys before my caharcter will actually stay there and fight. I realize that there are places where you actually cant range/mage/hally thru, but places that i know you can do not seem to be working quite as well anymore. maybe jagex is trying to ween the rs community off of safe spots?
  8. wow great idea! id definatley be interested if you actually did this
  9. farming does take forever but what alot of ppl dont realize is that you DONT HAVE TO STAND THERE and watch your plants grow. you can leave and periodically come back to water and/or anti-poisen your plants. if you're that worried about them, pay off the farmer to look after your crops. Lower levels of farming, yes, are virtually worthless (potatoes, cabbage, ect) but, once you get into the higher lvls (mainly herbs and trees) farming can become very profitable. If you have the patients to get your farming up high enough to grow a yew or maybe even a magic tree....imgaine the profit. a tree all to yourself. maybe a few trees all to yourself. no more switching worlds and areas to find yews and magics with little or no people at them... also, growing herbs is very profitable. you can use the herbs to imporve herblore and sell potions or even just selling the herbs can quickly rack up some serious cash. so....final verdict............. farming, definatley not usless...just requires time and patience
  10. alot of ppl still dont know how to make them :(
  11. a KBD trip!?!!?!?!?!! w00t! definatley there! the valentines freak dance has potential as well
  12. yes there is the nat\alch point but u also need to think about all the money being circulated through the purchase of ess and nats from players....

  16. ill be there!!! (as soon as i figure out what time that is eastern time and make sure its not conflicting with the pking trip =) )
  17. So "it doesn't seem fair" is what you'd call a valid argument then? I get more logical and rational arguments from my three-year-old. Did it not once occur to you that the people who save up the money to buy something have actually earned it? Just because they click on this pixel rather than that pixel doesn't mean they haven't put the same sort of effort into the game. Let me ask you, did you build your computer, or just pay money for it? Why should you be allowed to just go out and buy a computer instead of having to build one? lmao! funny you should use that example becuase, believe me or not, i actually DID build my computer! i bought all the alienware parts and put it together myself. which, in turn, would be like buying runes and training mage to get your own robes..... pwned
  18. rares are not "a threat to the rs economy"! they save it! what is the point of earning money? to buy better RARER items. thats what everyone saves money for. it rares were to be deleted many people would stop playing because there would be nothing to gain. as for items "soon being worth billions" that wont happen. if it did the item would be traded back and forth by the 5 people in all of rs with enough money to pay each other for it. deleting rares would be one of the worst moves jagex could make.
  19. everything you've said is valid except for the part i've emboldened (i love that word). the high level people have already worked plenty to get the skills that they have, probably much harder than anyone will have to now, since they had to endure endless boring hours of alcing or teleporting (unless they autoed), while this area is comparable to what the agility area in brimhaven did for agility. it's definitely a much more entertaining way to level up magic (i've already gotten from 91 to 92 there already without really paying attention, woot). but what's unfair is if someone barely has the magic level to wear the things and has bought them for some enormous sum of money without earning it. The part that you had emboldened (hmmm i kinda like that word too =) ) says "all you RICH people" not HIGH LVL. there are plenty of low lvls out there with $$$. that statement was more directed at them than the high lvls. BUT if there are high lvls out there looking for infinity robes, they have spent countless hours training mage already...whats a few more?
  20. that sucks. thanks for the warning though. i always tell people about tip.it. ill have to stop now i guess =(
  21. Why? No-one has yet posted one single reason as to why they want these items untradeable other than their own irrational fear of someone else getting something that they might want. have you read all the posts? people have made very valiable points (which i agree with) as to why these items should be untradeable. People spend hours and hours training here to save up pazzaz points and get the robes. other people just spend there money and buy them. it just doesnt seem fair. jagex has it all backwards...the holiday items should have been tradeable (they are gone after a few days and then they work up value), the infinity robes should not be tradable (they are here to stay, all the value will do is decrease until everyone has them.) all you rich people need to stop buying your items and maybe acually work for them! so i back making them untradeable totally
