You have got to be patenient I have been playing p2p for 6 months and am still awaiting my first dragon drop. Just because it says they drop it doesn't mean it will come quickly. Look at Dust Devils and the chain for example

I have noticed the same thing, but don't count on it. They can still rip off a max hit and send you to Fally/Lumby.

mine is rampage rock i noticed it was the limit cuz i made a typo once ramppage roc or something like that and i couldnt even get the k to fit so yeah 12 in the limit

It also doesn't exactly say it is a new weapon, in the past they have said NEW in the Behind the Scenes. Jagex loves messing with us, I swear they sit there and laugh at us going crazy in speculation of the updates.
