Recommended Posts

Hey guys, I have been unable to play Runescape for a few years now but I will be getting back into it once I buy a new laptop only thing is I'm not 100% sure on which one to buy I have one in mind which I will post a link to below but if you know of any decent ones then please let me know I have a max amount of £500.

Thank you and any help will be much appreciated.

The CPU is clocked a bit low. You might want to overclock it once you have bought it. (Overclocking makes your computer warmer inside, and might ruin the CPU. Make sure you have good cooling before overclocking)

Apart from that, looks good!

I don't see what's wrong with a slower processor in a laptop though. The processor is one of the things listed on the side of that picture. It's an AMD E2-1800. I usually prefer Intel in laptops since AMD already runs a bit warmer, but they're a bit more expensive.

The first one will have some trouble running the JagexLauncher eventually. My laptop is a dual-core with 2.0 GHz and it has troubles. Mine is an Acer Aspire as well.

The second one should run Runescape smoothly.

I shall live and die at my post. I am the sword in the darkness. I am the watcher on the walls. I am the shield that guards the realms of men. I pledge my life and honor to the Night's Watch, for this night and all the nights to come."
