March 12, 201313 yr No they don't exist in the 07 game. Quickest coal could be to the west of Seers bank, using the coal carts, perhaps the mining guild. You can also bring natures/a fire staff, and mine both coal and iron, and bank only when you have in inventory full of bars. It concentrates your mining and you spend less time running/walking to the bank.
