The lowest levelled dog things are fasted, they will pile you but should be a fast task. Key is around 1/64 for drop rate.

If you wanted to use the keys, the bosses give around 1.9k slayer xp/kill and take around 90 secs to 2mins to kill.

I wouldn't bother with the other to be honest.
