Save 100 s per 4200 s (2x2100 vs. 4100).4000 seconds of prayer per inventory. 6100 s total for 6000 s killing. Save 100 s per 12300 s (3x 4100 vs. 2x6100). Which is diminishing returns. If you're talking about a half hour to an hour trip (let alone with Penance), prayer will only save you gp anyway. The formula still is: drain rate multiplier = 30 / prayer bonus + 30.
