still the same problem, looks nothing like the interface on the tipit page

Which AV are you using? Looks like it's blocking the resources from being downloaded.

 

Also, delete My Documents\DGSweeper\resource.dll and start it up again.

AV? I've deleted the folder in my documents, still the same problem :(
