Does anyone actually get shards and put them on the GE? Will they ever buy (say, in a week) if I put an offer in for enough drygore shards to build the weapon?

With several kk mass fc around and it having a free instance mode why not? This doesn't really answer your question and I'm sorry. With such ease of access to the monster and higher mass fc they should sell fairly well.
