No sound on pc any help?

Well when i last updated my pc the sound stoped working but i read microsoft and saw new patchs to fix windows media so i thought nothing of it today i downloaded the patchs and my sound still doesent work any help?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

everything is set to normal i just have no clue whats happened

Redownload your sound drivers. That's all I can think of.

i been looking into fixing this all yesterday i entered my devices and searched for sound and media i found all my devices in that but there is a :!:

 

 

 

next to c media AC97 audio device...

You can find C media drives easily on the internet, I suggest you look for the latest version of your driver and reinstall it and see if that helps at all.
