Music: Hip hop mostly. Like some dnb, jungle, trap, dubstep (the old stuff from before it got ruined a few years back) when I go out. I don't mind a bit of anything except metal and techno.

Hobbies: RS, COD, basketball, chilling with friends/going out on the weekends. Watching too many tv series online.

 

 

 

LONG VERSION:

 

I started playing RS in 04 when my friends in school convinced me to start. I remember it taking about 10 minutes to get on to the game, and being ridiculously laggy  even on those old graphics, but I still somehow enjoyed it. A few months later we upgraded to broadband, and I really got into the game. 

 

I played on an account for about a year, and then managed to get it banned (gold trading-I was an immature/impatient 10 year old), and I learnt my lesson. I started this account in 2005, and have played on and off since then. 

 

I've always played for a year or two, then quit for a year or two at a time, and about 2/3 weeks ago, I decided to try out this EOC business and am hooked again  ;)

 

Since then, I've been surprised at how easy the game's gotten. the xp is just ridiculous, and my nex items that cost me the best part of 1b are now practically worthless. Those chaotics I spent hours and hours grinding solo dg (i hate groups) are now useless to me.

 

But anyway, I still am really enjoying this new RS, and I'm sure I'll enjoy it even more when I fix my PC so I can play High graphics again (have to play on min on my laptop.)

 

 

In the last couple of weeks, I got 98-99 summoning, 94-99 mining,opened the 37 effigies I had stored in my bank, and got a load of other levels. I've been levelling so fast and enjoying myself enough that I've decided for the first time that I'm willing to try to get myself a max cape. Can't see myself getting a comp any time soon as 120dg is not something that excites me, but a max is definitely do-able.

 

 

So, I think I will be updating this every few days. It won't be daily and won't be extremely fast as I have uni exams next month, but I'll update as often as I can.

 

 

Here's my starting stats: (i levelled farming once before taking this picture, but I decided my last picture wasn't good enough).

 

My current plan is to do 2 magic tree and 1 palm tree run daily, while slaying and doing POP between runs. I'm only playing 2-3 hours a day right now so progress won't be too fast.

 

 

Anyway, I think that's it for my first post. Lemme know if there's anything you think I need to change/add, and I'll try to update everyone as much as I can  :)

 

ps. if someone can give me a slightly easier way of putting my bank in than doing it on paint, would be much appreciated (without having to download a huge program like photoshop)

Use puush (small download) and go through your bank area capturing each section. Only difference is that it won't be all one image anymore as you have it now but it will most likely be a lot faster to screenshot and post here.

 

Also if DG is the only thing that makes you think you won't comp after max, definitely do sinkholes daily and DG challenges whenever you get them, you should be able to make decent progress on 120 by the time you max.

I'll take a look at sinkholes, never tried them before. The only thing that puts me off is teams, that's what I don't like about DG in the first place. I like to go at my own speed rather than speeding up/slowing down for other people

Sinkholes is precisely that (from what I've heard, only did them once myself). You gather resources and are competing against the other 4 players for a higher place which generally means higher rewards.

Yeah I just looked it up. I'd much rather compete against other people that play with them in dg. So i'll give them a go, thanks for the tip :)

Haha thanks, did my first wb today and the first camp was only herb/mining/smith and at the second one I got pked by another clan -.-

Ok so today has been a semi-productive day.

I destroyed my chaotic claw and rapier for 150k tokens (only just found out about this feature, considering doing it with my ccbow too for a c staff), and used the tokens to buy a bonecrusher and demon horn necklace (At last) to help with slayer. And it makes life so much easier for certain tasks!

 

I would have got a farming level if it wasn't for some warbands trouble, I'm now 5k off 81.

And I made about 22m off a QBD task which was a nice bonus.

So this morning i did a farm run and got a farming level

 

 

I then decided to do some quests (mountain daughter, royal trouble and glorious memories) to work towards majharrat memories.

As rewards from the th keys I got some WC experience which levelled me

 

 

and also got Ice styke, Dark beast, Jungle stryke and Abby spectre masks. So at least I got the 2 I wanted. Also, I bought the ability to fletch broad arrows and about 200k heads/shafts and am doing some fletching whenever I'm standing around, so expect some fletching levels soon ;)

Did some warbands for cons/farm xp, and got another farming level

 

 

and decided to do some divination, as I want to get that 2.4k total asap

Ok haven't updated in a while so theres a lot to add now.

So firstly, I decided to do the fremennik hard tasks, finish all the fremennik quests and do mahjarrat memories. This got me from 65 to 73 divination :D

I then decided to level all my skills that were within 100k of a level to get myself to 2.4k total as fast as possible.

Firstly, I did a few laps of agility

 

 

Then I did some crafting and fletching while merchanting in the GE (forgot to screenshot fletching, but got 94)

 

 

I went back to slaying for a bit and got 95 slayer

 

 

Then finished it off with a firemaking and a farming level :)

 

 

 

 

 

So it's been a productive week rs-wise. shame it's distracting me from my revision ;)

I also wouldve got a couple of construction levels from wbs but it seems like I'm busy every time warbands is on, so haven't been able to do any for the last few days
