September 27, 201411 yr If you're looking for very top tier stuff and you have the money to burn, sure they're worth it. For the average player I don't think they're worth it. I have this thing where I value the RoW over petty attack/pray bonuses the other rings gives you.You might want to investigate how much RoW actually helps on whatever you are killing, if said data is readily available...the other week we were making fun of it raising chances of finding a drop from 1/1075 to 1/1073 or something (I forget exactly). September 27, 201411 yr I bought each for 49M a pop when they were released and I'd do it again. Worth every penny. The amulet is great everywhere (even excluding its stats), the ring is fantastic for any PvM, be it AFK training or bossing, as are the bracers. Worth every penny and not expensive at all to recharge. The only thing I don't care for is how much faster the ring degrades then the rest. I'd just prefer them have an even rate.
September 27, 201411 yr the ring procs fairly often ~1/5 times. the downside is you have to get the last hit so not super useful at big group bosses. best drops (reasonably accurate/up to date): 1x Elysian Sigil (LS), 1x Arcane Sigil (cs), 4x Armadyl Hilt (solo at 100m, 100m, 50m, and 5m), 2x Saradomin Hilt (solo at 25m), 5x Draconic Visage (34m,1.2m,1.2m) and various cs/ls/ffa Nex splits.
