If I look at the Adventure Data log gathering it is on average about 1/500 from the bosses. But since there has been a few drops added for example, the Subjugation set at K'ril. Probably only makes the rate per specific item rarer, but for any piece it should still be what Artemis linked to, 1/128 from the bosses. Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
