Apparently i haven't toggled the ability to see ghosts without ring of visibility after Sliskes' quest.I've tried going to Empyrean citadel and looked around but found nothing useful :| Does anyone know how to toggle it on? November 30, 201411 yr I don't know, Jagex wiki says: After completing Fate of the Gods, the player can find Sliske in the Empyrean Citadel and gain the ability to see into the Shadow Realm permanently, making the ring useless. but maybe it's been changed subsequently or your account got glitched somehow :(. November 30, 201411 yr It's supposed to trigger when you walk into the main area with the stage, then walk out of it. He'll appear behind you as you walk out. In real life MMO you don't get 99 smithing by making endless bronze daggers.

I see you said you've done 'Sliskes' quest, which I would assume is Missing, Presumed Death.This is a reward for completing Fate of the Gods. I have 666 quest points!But yeah, i've done all quests, i just forgot which one is which :p @Gwyn - tried that several times before and now as well, tried running& walking. Stayed in the throne room for a minute, it didn't work :S I even talked to brassica.. And i'm sure i don't have the ability to *see* things, because a friend found a ghost penguin while i had to go grab my ring to see it. "Happines only real when shared." You basically got to do all the Zaros related miniquests, FotG and MPD to make Sliske appear inside the Citadel's main hall. It is first when you try to exit the main hall that Sliske appears.
