Hello. I am trying to do the Ratcatchers Quest. I got to the house that I am supposed to clear of rts and got inside and caught a rat.

 

The guide in bold type says to CHOOSE TO ADD IT TO YOUR RAT POLE.

 

There is no option anywhere that I can find to choose to add anything to my rat pole? What do I need to do?

I guess this is when you catch a mouse with your cat you have the option to add it to the pole? Otherwise it will just be eaten by you cat I guess.

I think you have to wield the pole in order to do that. Could be wrong, been ages since I did that quest.
