good settings for a screen recorder?

good settings for one or both of these please, video's KEEP RUNNING TOO SLOW, I HATE it.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

hopefully the good settings will make it go like its the same speed as real life, or it will look like junk, but hope it will be fixed.

The choice of compresser is quite critical, as is not demanding a frame rate higher than can reliably be achieved - trying to get more make it even jerkier.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

On a P4 3.2GHz - the most I can get away with (using Camstudio and the Alparysoft lossless codec) is 15 FPS video window only, 12 FPS for the entire view including minimap, inventory & chat.

ill be kicking this thing more if i can get a decent movie out of it... then if it ever happens,it then is time to make a nice movie of gta2... i love that game...(old but very fun).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

edit: im very touchy about the video, i want it perfect... or atleast a little QUALITY, i want it just... atleast normal... if anyone knows bultent screen recorder, or screen recorder gold, then i probaly dont have to post any more pictures... and the dam thing always goes OR to slow OR to fast, and changing the video speed helps a little... but still... it does not show enough frames, it skips too many frames... dont got any more detail... for now.

PLEASE someone post some good settings, recomended compressor, what frame rate, ect.

 

 

 

I CANT DO IT MYSELF, it will only end up as *BEEEP*.

 

 

 

and i use bultend screen recorder, and screen recorder gold, if you ever made a succesfull movei with them, please tell me your settings!

 

 

 

and about compressors, i maybe have not one you think? so maybe calling a few would be better...

at my last try i used the settings: that it records 60 frames each sec, and shows(i think) around 30, and the compressor was a indeo video 5.10.

 

 

 

and when checking, the dam thing skipped frames!

 

 

 

frame, darkness, frame, darkness........

 

 

 

NOW I REALLY need good settings.

 

 

 

how much days must i wait!!!

 

 

 

and dont be too hard, im NOT VERY good with these... easy-too-mess-up settings.

sorry but THIS takes so EXTREMELY long, and the last screen recorder was pure JUNK, it could NOT EVEN record 10 frames a sec!

the best advice I could actually offer you as I have not attempted making any videos , is browse the graveyard forum and PM one or two of the users that post their own videos and ask their advice :)
