April 21, 201511 yr Trying to decide between making a zerker or tank. I've read that tanks typically own zerkers, although something is alluring about the zerker. I'm thinking a tank with: 148 Attack + Strength (many options here)70-80 Defense99 Range94 Mage52/70 Prayer Would be pretty formidable and under 100 combat. Would a zerker with: 99/90 Attack85/90 Strength45 Defense52 Prayer Stand a chance?
April 21, 201511 yr I'd honestly say go for the tank, the constant damage would usually rip through the 45 defence long before the higher hits of the zerker had a chance to win the fight Plus being a tank means you have other options, as the added defence will easily let you boss, get a quest cape, and do various things that a zerker can't [hide=Stats] [/hide]
April 29, 201511 yr A tank usually beats a Zerker because of the fact they'll be shredding the Zerk while not taking much damage in return even if wearing only void. The game is also more open to you as a Range Tank in terms of quests, achievement diaries, and PvM content. If you're interested in clanning, Zerk/Range Tank is pure preference as most mid-level (i.e. Zerker) clans also accept Range Tanks due to the nearness of combat levels. It's really up to what you want to do, if you're only planning on PKing you may as well make a Zerker as you'll be able to utilize both melee and range in 1v1 fights depending on what you feel like. However if you want to do more beyond 1v1 Edge/BH pking you're probably better off making a range tank. GL. Edit: full disclosure - my account is a Zerker build. Pirate Rosetta stone. Learn a language while you scape.Sounds interesting, but these days how many people really speak Pirate?
May 1, 201511 yr Author Alright got it figured out. I'll start out as a zerker and then work my way to a dharok c'bow build Att/Str/Def/Rng/Mag/Pray 60/99/45/99/94/44 70/99/70/99/94/70 Then I can run both and do pretty much anything in the game :)
