This is a different golden cracker - when pulled, the person who used it on you receives a Golden Hammer. This item was to commemorate Jagex's award of most popular MMPORG (or something like that) for one of the Annual Golden Joystick Awards.

shame you have a printscreen of it, you can still report for scamming cant you?

Jagex unfortunately doesn't accept printscreens as proof since they can be "easily manipulated." And even if they did, they would likely feed the line that you entered a trust trade with another player so you undertook the risk and we can't do anything further.

They do actually use the 'trust trade' line quite often. It's weird though, because pretty much all scams are trust trades or trust games: you chose to trust strangers and take them at their word, it's your own damn fault!

But from my understanding, other similar games will actually look through a trade log and maybe even refund it if it was a scam - is that not right? The practicality of it for RuneScape is another matter though...
