When you keepsake an item, you're essentially just turning it into a cosmetic until you withdraw it again. So I'm a bit unsure as to what you mean by keepsake an orb and then use the teddy override? You'll still be able to show the teddy if you want (you can choose between keepsake override, teddy override, or whatever else, assuming you have another orb), but you won't be able to use the stats of that item unless you get another one, regardless of what you do.

Yeah I'm not sure what your on about either.

Keepsaking turns an actual item into an override.

The Teddy is already an override from off-hand magic.

Keepsaking won't have any impact on your use of the teddy, all that effects the teddy is if you are holding an oh magic weapon.

I was just looking for a way to show teddy while not holding an offhand magic weapon.

Then no, there is no way.

Weapon overrides only display for the appropriate item(s) being wielded out of the 10 categories (3 classes mh, 3 classses oh, 3 classes 2h and shield)

No. Teddy is a override. You need to have an orb to use the override. If you keepsake an orb, you can use it as an override for any other orb/book.. so no.
