i know ppl can sell signatures, but is there any way to sell avatars? cause i have started to enjoy making them and i wanna make some cash out of it

The rules say you may sell pixel AND avatars. You are most alloweed to make them and can you make me one for 50k like your but with full rune and F2p 4 Eva in the centre?

If you're asking if you're allowed to sell them, checking the rules will tell you it's allowed. Or did you mean "how" to make avatars for sale?
