Waffleh
Noobs. Yes, they're everywhere, at every bank. Some macro. Some scam. Some just plain beg and annoy. Some search for love life. The point is, noobs have no lives. They were put in this game merely to annoy the heck out of all us good, honest players of Runescape. Now I know what some of you are thinking: "Not all level 3s are like that! How dare you accuse them just because they're new!" That's because not all level threes are noobs. Some may be, but I guarentee you most have just started out fresh and are looking to have fun and be succesful, not ruin your life. noob- Basically someone who is annoying on purpose, they want to get on your nerves, they might cheat or macro. They do stupid things on purpose even though they know better. newbie- Someone who's new. Simple as that. Alot of people are unaware of these definitions, and use the words improperly. I have almost never heard the word "newbie" on Runescape, a word that is not in any way offensive, it just defines the new and uneperienced. "Noob," however, is always used, and sometimes people just shout it at no one in particular for no reason whatsoever. It is always used for newbies, and commonly used by "newb-baiters." Newb-Baiter- Someone who follows innocent and lost-looking newbies around, calling them noobs, blowing raspberries, and just plain is being mean to new players. I personally think newb-baiters are idiots because, if they don't recall, they also started out as newbies. I mainly see level 20s newb-baiting because it doesn't take long to get to those levels, and they horrify newbies because they are so "strong" compared to them. So, let's review: A noob is annoying on purpose. A newbie is someone new. A newb-baiter is mean to newbies. Well, I hope you learned something from this article, as it was meant to help those who have trouble refraining from calling others noobs. Please feel free to make comments, and if you think something is wrong or needs to be changed/added, please post and I will do what I can. I can take constructive criticism. If you didn't like it, tell me what you didn't like about, don't just be all, "It was horrible, go rot in a hole." This was my first article, so please give me any advice you can. Thanks for Reading! archimage_a
its a bit on the short side to be in the tip it times. or any sort of site info guide really. Possiblely like this. ______ G'day mate, I'm here in the runescapian outback, tracking the most common annoyance to rune-kind... the noob. But since we dont know that much about our layabout friend, I'm here today to talk about them. The Noobicus Noobi is one of most dangerous predators in the runescapian outback, its powerful typing skills have led only one to many great leaders astray. Although this powerful predator has many common predators itself, the first and for most, the Modicus Moda. This powerful adversary has one of the few ways to combat the Noobicus without to much effort, the mute, but there are few Modicus left so they cannot be everywhere at once. Another of the problems is that there are always more Noobi ready to take the fallens place. Although the modicus is not everywhere at once there are messaging sevices. Another of the greatest predators is the Followis followar, this predator, poses as a helper for the Noobicus leading them beyond the Blue Wizards protection, out in the the deep dark Wilderness. The followar carefully draws many Noobi into a group and takes them up to the Wilderness, once there the Followis pack slaughter the helpless Noobi. However there are many more Noobicus out there so this brutel message spreads quickly among the Noobi tribes. Also some of the weak pray Newbie Newbi are captured in this slaughters. The weak Newbie Newbi is commonally confused with the Noobicus because they come from the same family. The Newbi can be told apart only by the pleaing tone and the possible inclusion of the Illustreus Question mark, although not always show a Newbi can be told apart as they are not threating or charging about, with the possible chance of being attacked by the much stronger Noobicus. However they share some characteristics of the Dangrous Noobicus, such as the want for free stuff and knowladge. It has been known for a Newbi, once exposed to a Newbicus Baiticus, to become a Noobicus. The Newbicus Baiticus can be spotted from the language that it uses, a Baiticus can use the Word 'Noob' Up to and including thirty times a minute. The Baiticus is of unknown orgin but seems to share both Followis and Noobicus traits, the Trojan horse technique is used when approching many Newbi. Bearing the branch of friendship takes the Newbi back to the Baiticus pack, where the Newbi is either attacked or is converted to the evil Noobicus. This was Archimage A, in the Runescapian outback, signing off. G'day mate. http://www.uzzisoft..../archimage.jpegWell I knew you wouldn't agree. I know how you hate facing facts.
